Your Substitute Parent for your Pampered Pet

Receive a $5 discount towards your first visit
when you book 3 visits or more

Initial Booking Consultation - 30-60 minutes
At this visit we get to meet your pets and will complete the necessary
paperwork, answer questions, transfer keys, and tour your home
while discussing detailed instructions on how to care for your pets.
This required meeting must be scheduled at least
48 hours prior to service.
Any additional interviews/meetings will be charged
at $10.00 per visit.

Extended Visit                 45 min - 1 hour
Best value for your pets - long walks, play time and more,
best for multiple pet homes,
and pets with special diets or special needs.

Regular Visit         up to 30 min
Good for one or two pet homes,supervised feedings, walks,
and play. Most dogs will require 2-4 regular visits per day.

Value Visit             up to 20 min
Can be used as a quick mid-day potty break, cat visit
or even a 3rd feeding.   Short drop in for safety checks, check
iron/stove, turn off sprinkler system, close windows,
key pick up or drop off, etc

Overnight Pet Care/House sitting
We offer overnight pet care and house sitting since we understand
that some pets do not like to be left alone. This service includes one
PM/AM walk, breakfast, house check and lots of TLC for your pets.
Important Terms
Payment is due before service starts.
* If the scheduled visit falls on any major Holiday,
there will be a $5.00 fee added.

New Year's Eve, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter,
Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

* For households of more than two pets we will
provide extended visits only.

Holiday        Payment in full is charged (no refunds)
0-47 Hrs      Payment in full is charged (no refunds)
2-5 Days      20% of Service total is due (80% refund)
6+ Days                                   No charge, refund in full
